Welcome to Brawpos. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.

1. Description of service

Brawpos is a mobile application that allows restaurant owners and managers to create, manage, and share digital menus via QR codes and web links.

2. Use of the application

By using Brawpos, you agree to:

Provide truthful and up-to-date information about your restaurant.
Not use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Not attempt to access other users' accounts.
Not distribute offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
Be responsible for the content you publish (menus, images, descriptions).

3. User accounts

To use Brawpos, you need to create an account with your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Public content

By creating a restaurant and menu on Brawpos, you agree that this information will be publicly displayed on a webpage accessible via link or QR code. This is the main functionality of the application.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Brawpos offers a free version with limited features and a Premium subscription with extended features.

5.1 Premium Subscription

Price: $7.99/month (or equivalent in your local currency)
Duration: Monthly subscription with automatic renewal
Features: Up to 100 categories, 200 dishes per category, full image gallery, unlimited special menus, no ads

5.2 Automatic renewal

The subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The charge will be made through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies, as applicable. We do not offer direct refunds.

6. Free version with ads

The free version may display ads. You can also temporarily unlock premium features by watching rewarded video ads. This temporary unlock does not replace the Premium subscription.

7. Intellectual property

Brawpos and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Brawpos and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Content you upload (images, menu texts) remains your property, but you grant us a license to display it publicly as part of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Brawpos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Data loss or service interruptions.
Errors in information published by users.
Indirect damages arising from use of the application.
Actions of third parties related to your public content.

9. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or by email. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access to Brawpos if you violate these terms or if your use harms other users or the service.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.

14. Additional subscription information

In accordance with Apple App Store requirements:

Subscription title: Brawpos Premium
Duration: 1 month (automatic renewal)
Price: $7.99/month (or equivalent in your local currency)
Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.
