3. Public restaurant profile

By creating a restaurant on Brawpos, you agree that your restaurant information (name, address, images, menus, and dishes) will be publicly displayed on a webpage accessible via a link or QR code. This is the main functionality of the app.

4. Advertising

The free version of Brawpos may display ads provided by Google AdMob and Google AdSense. These services may use cookies and similar technologies to show relevant ads. You can review Google's privacy policy for more information.

Premium subscription users do not see ads in the app or on their public menu.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Brawpos Premium subscriptions are managed through:

App Store (Apple): For iOS users. Payments are processed according to Apple's terms.
Google Play (Google): For Android users. Payments are processed according to Google Play's terms.

We use RevenueCat as our subscription management platform. RevenueCat securely processes subscription-related information. You can review their privacy policy.

We do not store credit card information or payment data directly. All payment information is managed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat as applicable.

6. Data storage

Your data is securely stored on Google Firebase servers (Firestore for data and Firebase Storage for images). Google complies with international security and privacy standards. You can review Firebase's privacy policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

With service providers necessary for the app's operation (Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Ads).
When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Your restaurant's public information, which is visible to anyone who accesses your digital menu.
